Report Graph Tab

A number of graphs can be displayed in a report at once, but each graph must first be defined within the Report Graph Tab.

To do this, simply fill out the following:

Graph Name

Used by the nuBuilder Report Writer to select which Report to place it in.

Graph Code

Within this text area you can use PHP and SQL to create a table (the name of this table will be held in the variable #graphTable#) from which the data displayed in the graph will be held.

For Example:

To use the preset graph named nuBarGraph a table called #graphTable# needs to create a table with the following structure.

MUST GIVE THIS 3 FIELDS (XLABEL, LABEL, YVALUE)
groups together LABELs and VALUEs that have the same XLABEL, these are then fed into jpgraph
to produce a bar graph
example:

The following tempTable is sent to this function:

XLABEL LABEL YVALUE
JAN A 3
FEB A 6
JAN B 9
FEB B 12
MAR B 15
JAN C 18
MAR A 21
APR B 24
FEB C 27
APR A 30
MAR C 33
APR C 36
