Greek translation

Ok this is not code, but I didn't know where else I could file this.
The characters of the greek translation (among others) where appearing garbled (possibly encoding changed to non-unicode at some turn). Here is my "zzzsys_translate" table modification (attached - UTF-8) that I'm going to use in my project.
