nubuilder 4.5 unable to save user screen

When I went to save a code in the user screen (I had previously added a column to the DB for our phone extensions for my click to call functionality) I keep getting "Enter New Password and Reenter New Password must match" trying adding a password it still would not save. Giving it two passwords again not saving, checking show checkbox: nope. I tried installing a fresh copy and got the exact same error.

Testing in
MAMP Pro
Apache
PHP 7.3.7

I'm not seeing any errors in the nudebug, php or apache error logs.

Hi,

Were you trying edit an existing record or was it a new record that you wanted to create?

Could you try the following?

Press CTRL+SHIFT+F in the user screen and exclude these two lines under Custom Code. Then save and refresh the user screen. Saving should now be possible.
