Modify menu items in Options menu

Hi,

How can I hide menu items in the Options menu or show them based on a condition?

E.g. if the user access level code equals "Manager" then show the clone option.

In nuBuilderPro I could enter a "Display Condition".

Those Option items are controlled by Access Levels...
